- Degree in commerce, business administration or other accounting field

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: The Board of management through the programme coordinator
- Develop, understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes relating to the organisation;
- Prepare and monitor various cash flow forecasts; forecast cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
- Prepare, monitor and report on budget levels and ensure changing trends in levels are identified and reported to management
- Work with external auditors to ensure successful semester external audits
- Responsible for handling and accounting for all the organizations cash purchases /expenses; maintaining a record / registering of all cheque and cash transactions;
- JOB TITLE: TRAINING OFFICER
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in social sciences
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years’ experience in TOT
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: The Board of management through the programme coordinator
- To identify community leaders’ and healthcare providers training needs, design and coordinate the implementation of their training plans and specific modules.
- To identify other partners’ training needs, design and coordinate the implementation of their training plans and specific modules.
- To design, regularly update and implement the training plans for incoming AYI or Programme staff.
- To train and give ongoing technical and methodological support to the scheme leaders in order that they reach the expected operational autonomy fast.
- JOB TITLE: RESEARCH, MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER .
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in mathematics, or field of statistics
Additional requirements:
- 5 year experience in M & E for community projects
Knowledge of data analysis
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports to: The Board of management through the programme coordinator
- Take a leading role in developing data collection tools for purposes of monitoring and evaluating AYI activities and outputs;
- To take lead in organizing and conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys, feasibility studies and rapid appraisals at the sub locations and at healthcare providers with a view to bettering the CBHIS methodology or as may be required;
- To collate the relevant data in the claims monitoring tools, and or in any other appropriate tool, analyze and issue corresponding reports;
- Observe the consumption trends of both claims and management costs and promptly advice the management committee and programme team as necessary;
- Build an all-inclusive database that would form the basis of future decision making in respect to designing of packages and establishing levels of intervention;
- Take lead in the collection of data regarding UHC utilization, satisfaction of clients, analyze and issue reports regarding the same
